I was insulted behind my back (yes, you two men... I heard you when I was leaving) when I purchased my bed. And who ever called today (Tuesday) would only let me schedule delivery for this week and not this coming Monday when it was best for me, the customer. He was rude and would say one thing then change it and when I called him on it he tried gaslighting me that he was so confused. I now have to get help twice to get the old out (of room and another day to the curb) and set up the new. I stayed local to support local...my bad. Won’t happen again.

Very nice furniture, not too overpriced for furniture store,and the salesman was sooo nice and friendly. Would buy from here instead of big box store

I ordered a living room set in June was told and they even out it on my receipt 4-6 weeks. Call and get the run around, it will be loaded on the truck from the warehouse on Friday, well all the Fridays they claim have done and passed. Still no furniture. They are not helpful. I had to ask what are they going to do for me, they will refund the $50 delivery charge. They did, that was after 8 weeks of waiting and I had to ask for it. Call again same story spoke to co-owner Pete got long winded story about Covid and blah, blah, blah, he offered $100, I said $150 received the check for the $150. Now it is going on 17 weeks and still no furniture and no answers. I personally reached out to the manufacture and was advised for the same furniture that I ordered it's taking 1 month at the most. COME ON BENS I WANT MY FURNITURE!nI would never buy or recommend this store. Sorry not sorry.

Went to this store just to get prices on some beds.nHad a great experience talking with the ownernAnd he gave us an excellent deal we couldn't resist.nWe will always shop here for our furniture andnWill recommend Ben's to everyone I know.
