Biernot's is the absolute best. They have refinished floors in 2 of our houses and installed over 2000 feet of new flooring in our current house. We couldn't have asked for better results. We will definitely use them in the future. Lee and his team are all super professional and awesome to work with.
We paid $2019 to get carpet installed in our living room and master bedroom. We ordered stock carpet (a little cheaper) and premium padding. We agreed that the install included cleanup as well. When I returned home from work to see my new carpet that was not the case. The entire carpet in both rooms was covered in carpet clippings. I spent two hours on my knees with a shop vac cleaning up the mess. There are multiple spots along the trim where the seam is not great. I can pull it right up. The installer also dented my floor vent somehow in the bedroom. I would not recommend. I will be asking for a partial refund. Or even a W2 from the company for the work I had to do myself
When I went into the showroom Denise was very friendly and helpful. Her customer service skills were top notch. A few weeks later we met Dave our carpet installer and he was equally friend and very professional. Our carpet turned out beautifully in both rooms. I would highly recommend Biernot's if you are shopping around for carpet. Thanks again for serving the blue water area for so many years we are greatful you are still around to make our home more cozy.
This is my favorite flooring store everywhere. Very long history of a hard working family so you know everyone gets family treatment. They truly want the customer happy with their history of knowledge.
Helped my elderly friend with selection and pricing on the spot, whereas Ropposch just threw out per square. fr pricing and did not bother to give her an out the door price. She felt welcomed and valued. Thank you!
