Visited this location 2 times in the past week while assembling a PC on our own. They helped us troubleshoot a few issues within 5-10 minutes each time at no charge. The guys we worked with were very knowledgeable and professional, and took time to explain some things to my 15-year-old son who is doing the PC building. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and customer service.

I had given a 5 star review and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to go back and edit it down. This store told my son to buy a power supply which didn't work without him ordering a new board - he ordered the one THEY told him to (they gave him a link) when the board came it was not right and the store told him that Vinnie - who had advised him to spend a couple hundred bucks to solve his problem - no longer worked there and they would not assist. I feel like this company has, for whatever reason, lost sight of the qualities that made them so great. I have heard from many locals that they owner is hands-off the last couple of years and that there's no use trying to contact him - PC Laptops, if you read this - people want to love you, but you need to understand that you're not the only option and when you don't honor one of your own manager's commitments, it makes you appear as if you really do not care.

I've been buying my computers from PC Laptops since Totally Awesome went out of business. Here are a few things they did for me. They helped me patch up an old laptop over and over so it lasted 12 years. I bought a refurbished desk top because I couldn't afford a new one. It is great, but I started having trouble with my mouse being sluggish. They had a hard time fixing that problem but they kept trying. I had the thing in about 5 times and the problem is now resolved. I just love this company. I have finally been able to purchase a new laptop from them and it works like a champ but I didn't understand one of the buttons on it so I took it in because I thought it was broken and they gave me a tutorial. They have also helped me remotely. I've never paid for anything but parts. I love them just as much as they keep telling me they love me.

My HP was not loading properly so i went to PC and he looked at. I explained that it was in the middle of an update and got stuck. The guy plugged my laptop in and said well your hard drive is bad. It's reading but not writing. He then proceed to explain the repair/ new costs and such. I didn't feel comfortable with that. So I left and took it to a different place for a second opinion. The tech turned on my computer and it was working fine. He fixed the update and checked my system and my hard drive. He said it was just fine and did not need replacing. My Computer is under two years old. So I think it was a sales tactic to sell me a $2,900 computer that I don't need.

These guys are great! Always there to give us help with our pc issues. They sell some really solid systems. Highly recommend! Nile is very helpful also.
