The negative reviews of the services and support staff absolutely floored me. I have been going to Ziba since they opened. I have NEVER had any negative experiences here either with support staff, clinical staff, or the expert procedures performed. Renee is the best electrolysis tech ever; Kathy's, Amy's & Jessica's filler and botox injections are superior to my plastic surgeon's. Jennifer is perfection at it's most perfect. Lynette is the ultimate professional and will take literally hours if needed to explain what is going to be done and what to expect. Marcy always has time to answer a question. I would continue to receive services at Ziba and trust this staff 100%.

Hi Marcy, We moved to Lansing 8 years ago and now we are in Knoxville. I haven’t been to the Spa in many years but I was always pleased with the services when I was coming there. I stopped coming only because we left the area. I was always pleased with my results

I have been coming to Lynette for years and she is great! Inside Ziba is very Zen and immaculate.
