So, here I am just came from California this morning. I usually does not leave a review, but this place was incredibly since I just walked in and met Elizabeth as a sale person. She was extremely nice, and totally helpful and happy to help me to find the best match for my good night sleep. I honestly recommend this place to anyone want to find a good night sleep, good deal, and good service.

We had a very pleasant experience at Mattress firm. When we were greeted we were given the opportunity to test as many mattresses as we wanted. We found one that was on sale and went for that one. Angel did not pressure us into buying a more expensive mattress. He did mention some of the upgrades, but was completely understanding when we declined the upgrades. This location has great customer service!!

We’ve shopped at several mattress competitors with a specific idea on what we wanted. All of them gave us lip service and not the facts on the mattresses. After leaving those stores, we felt confused and discouraged. We made our way into the Sandy Mattress Firm location with low expectations. They were patient with all of our questions and for the first time someone actually listened to our needs. I can’t believe how much honest information Angel, Elizabeth and Brady provided for us. They worked well together to give us top notch service. There was no high pressure tactics- which was much appreciated. Finally, we got what we wanted at an unbeatable price. The price we paid was far better than anywhere else. I would highly recommend this team! Thanks Angel for making our experience easy.

As soon as I walked in Gabe came up too me and immediately made me feel welcome and helped me find a the perfect mattress within my budget. Glad I came here in person instead of ordering something online. The staff is personable and very informative about the the mattresses and technology. The multiple discounts I got made it really worth the drive over.

Rory was Really helpful and kind. He took his time and prioritized us as customers and our needs for a mattress, especially considering we have a family surgery coming up. He was honest and helpful and I would definitely recommend working with Rory at mattress firm in Sandy.
