I had the pleasure of being helped by Tony, who handles sales on the floor and the experience was excellent. I found the merchandise I sought and the showroom floor looks great and easy to navigate through. The staff did a wonderful and professional job in terms of answering the questions I raised during my shopping experience, and they even deliver in a very short period of time. I enjoyed the sales experience because it had a personal touch that sought a very favorable outcome for the consumer. This is the way furniture stores should operate. A dose of integrity and kindness is much appreciated.
If you’re looking for furniture, don’t come here. These “liquidation” sales are scams. First they Jack the prices up super high, then discount the inflated price. There were plain three cushion couches for over $9,000 ON SALE. Please don’t think that this is acceptable prices for furniture. Even huge sectionals of great quality don’t go over 2.5k. Almost nothing in the entire store was under 1k. Including just simple study chairs. This is Saginaw, not Beverly Hills.
Came in yesterday with my husband and toddler son. Was greeted by John, and I appreciated that he asked us if we wanted help, or if we wanted to browse ourselves. I chose the second option. He was available when I had questions, but gave us space. We ended up buying a sectional, recliner, and wall decor. John was friendly & helpful, but never pushy. Had a question today, called the store, and was assisted by Dan. Also very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my furniture soon. Would highly recommend.
I bought a headboard that was on the floor but they gave me one that was boxed up. When I opened it up at home it was different than the one I bought. I went back to try to get the correct one and the very rude manager said there were no returns and basically I had to keep what they gave me. So I guess if you buy a yellow chair and when you get it home and open the box it is red....you’re screwed! I hope a reputable company goes in there now. I see why they went out of business.
Overly pushy salesman following my brother and I around the store, utterly hilarious prices for junk furniture. Many sofas and chairs were like $5,000 to $8,000!!!! They do know people aren't making six figures in GM plants anymore, right? I knew it was a sham when I sat in the $600 office chair and knew it was no better than a $50 chair from Staples. I'm really not shocked they're going out of business. What were they thinking?
