Angie was super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable! She answered every question I came up with very quickly and set true expectations for when I could expect to get the hot tub (covid caused some delays). Overall a great experience and absolutely love the hot tub! Give them a call today!
Wonderful staff, extremely helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Helpful both over the phone and in the store; I spent over an hour just asking questions on how to get my new hot tub cleaned out and up and running, and they patiently answered every one of my questions. I will definitely come back for all of my hot tub needs.
Horrible experience, lifestyles in Saginaw, ordered and paid for hot in June originally said 6-8 weeks and with covid date keeps getting pushed back. Sales Rep has not once reached out to me to give any kind of a update and every time I reach out to them its always I don't know. Instead of saying let me find out some info for as a sales rep I don't know shouldn't be acceptable. They were quick to take my payment in full and now I am just a piece of paper with no answers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY!!!!!
Shawn was very kind and helpful. He helped me find all the products I needed for my hot tub that we purchased from life styles in March 2020. Shawn also gave me information on the saunas that my husband I are interested in. We will definitely come back. Very welcoming and knowledgeable Sales person.
