I enjoy BB&B’s huge inventory and variety. They had the unusual items I wanted that are not available anywhere else. Very cool. My disappointment is that they have apparently gotten rid of the MY PILLOW items. What a tragedy because these people will not rest until they have destroyed our entire culture. Companies MUST start standing up to them. Don’t be surprised when they come for YOU.
No associate even said hi, even though I saw several of them. Prices not marked on many of their items. Saw a quilt it I was interested in, but didn't buy it because no prices were posted anywhere. Only went there because I had a gift card to spend. Probably won't be back.
Today the staff was incredibly helpful. Sales staff on the floor helped me find what I needed, and at checkout he helped me with a fussy email coupon. No rolled eyes, no deep sighs. I really appreciate the store being open.
We usually spend hundreds of dollars throughout the year during the Holidays and for wedding registrys throughout the year. I have instructed family and friends no longer to shop there for no longer beinga vendor for my pillow products. We hope they reconsider their actions
I order 6 plates 2 were delivered a day 4 were on back order. It kept saying it will be delivered the next day. Well now they canceled the order and sending a gift card. Well now I have two plates that dont match anything, why don't you send me a paid return label so I can send these two plates back. I paid with a gift card. And now I have to wait for them to send the money back on a gift card. Very poor customer service first time dealing with bed bath and beyond maybe my last.
