Visited my brother's gravesite buried at Roselawn in June. 2020. I paid in full on July 2nd for his grave memorial. Long story short, I visited Dec. 20th, 2020 and still no memorial. I had to create one, as my brother lay in an unmarked grave. He trusted Roselawnnalthough he had a similar experience with my mother's memorial. Mr. Wilson deserves better. Shame on you Roselawn, shame on you!

Went to visit Mom & Dad's grave site. Was told months ago that it's under new ownership but nothing has changed. Lawn looked like it hasn't been mowed in two weeks, clover patches growing 4 inches tall, weeds growing over the headstones which I had to pull (again). The road in and out of the cemetery is all beat up, bumpy with potholes. For what they charge for real estate, the road should be smooth and paved in gold. I emailed them a week ago and never got a response. I would rather be cremated than be buried in a dump like that.

I live out of state and they have been so helpful with me when I call with any questions.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Office staff not very helpful and there is little or no care for gravesites. could only find 1 headstone for my family members and it was almost covered over with grass and dirt.My mother and I used our hands to uncover it as you can see in the picture. A lot of their headstone are now buried and you can not find them. And it is in a flood area. When I visited some graves were underwater.

I'm so frustrated with them. They seem to have no training in dealing with people who are grieving. They said they can't put my Dad's head stone in till March or something even though it's paid for and everything. They wouldn't even put a temporary marker and made some excuse about it costing them money and I just don't care. They instead sold us a wreath so there would be SOMETHING to mark his spot. They said it would be on within a week. That came and went, I called and they assured me it would be on by the 19th, I went to check the day after Thanksgiving, so I could decorate it to reflect my Dad, and it still wasn't there. Again with excuses...this time that thwy only have 3 grounds keepers and they had a lot of burials. ... No kidding? You're a cemetery! They assured me that it would be out by the 26th ....18 days after we buried my Dad. But I had to come home The 25th, so I don't know if it's out there. I'm so upset. So, bottom line....don't buy wreaths or anything, just go get your own. They sell them for $20 at Kroger and you can get stands at Michael's. So, update. Due to me posting this review, they contacted another cemetery and got ahold of a wreath. So late that it doesn't even matter, but supposedly it was out there the day after I posted this review. So they move quick once corporate gets involved. The office manager or whatever she was apologized and tried to empathize, but mostly just made me feel guilty for caring that my Dad have something marking his grave. I feel for her, I really do. Though telling me the people who pass on are like butterflies...they don't remember their life as a caterpillar they just know they are free....was maybe not the best analogy to use. I know what she was going for...that loved ones don't remember the struggles and pain that lead them up to finally being free ...but..still... It has added a new bit that I hadn't considered.nSo, over all, it's done. I dread having to deal with them again , but hopefully it won't be for quite some time.
