The quality and customer service that I received from Almost Heaven Saunas was (is) top tier. Before, during and after installation I had questions about the sauna structure and heating device. Almost Sauna answered every phone call and every email that I sent, promptly and with details. They are very accommodating and provided information that was very accurate. A reputable group of people that stand by their products. Thank you, AHS.

After a ton of research online and talking to friends that have saunas I ultimately decided on a barrel. Once that decision was made it was an extremely easy decision to go with Almost Heaven since they, by far, had the best ratings online. And without fail they delivered on everything I was hoping and expecting! First of all their customer service is outstanding from initial questions I had, during the building process, to after they fabricated the barrel. I ordered my barrel directly through Almost Heaven and they built and delivered my sauna ahead of schedule even during COVID-19. Sauna took about 6 hours to build but was easy to follow directions on their website/YouTube. I went with the Salem sauna due to space issues and wanted it to heat as quickly as possible. It can hold 2 people but I’m in it solo 99% of time so the size is perfect for me. It gets toasty very quickly-30 minutes to get to approx 185 degrees. 40 min to 200+. I could not be any happier with my decision to go with the barrel from Almost Heaven. This was such an awesome experience working with this company. Honestly, if you are looking for a barrel I suggest you save your time and go with Almost Heaven.

customer service was excellent when I reached out for advice.(even during this corona crazy environment.) the sauna was delivered on a timely basis by a polite carrier and fully met my expectations one assembled and maybe more. I am very happy with it and expect it will serve me well for years to come. quality materials. easy assembly. (especially if you read the instructions beforehand).

I bought my red cedar barrel sauna a few years ago and highly recommend them. I wish sometimes I would have gotten bigger but then that probably would have taken longer to warm up. But the four person is great and perfect for me. I seriously feel like my home is a spa with having it here. I put mine in a gazebo which really protects it from the weather. I enjoy mine year around. Even in the hot summer I enjoy getting my sweat on. Thank you for my beautiful sauna!!!
