Heather was amazing to work with to pick out my new carpet and vinyl flooring. She was patient, helpful & fun. Product came in quickly and the installation process was able to get started. Vinyl flooring installers worked hard and completed the job in a timely manner. It was a huge job involving removal of old ceramic tile and they did their best to keep debris and dust to a minimum. Carpet installers were helpful in moving large items and did a superb job. They did a few little “extras” to make new carpet even better. Communication from all parties was quick and professional. All questions were answered and explained well. I’d use any of these parties again.

I have used Deb, Robin and her entire team on several different occasions over the years and can, without hesitation, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all of your flooring needs! Any issues, which are rare, are always taken care of in a timely, competent and professional way. Matt P. and Tom are exceptional with both install, service and customer service. Additionally, they quite literally and proactively go ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure quality work and a satisfied customer. I just cannot so too many great things about the DeGraaf Interiors team!!! DeGraaf is always a delight to work with. Our sales person Heather was extremely helpful and always got right back to us with answers and info. Our installer, Greg was outstanding. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and efficient. We are 100% satisfied customers and will always reccomend DeGraaf!
