My husband and I bought a bench to complete our dining room table set. We were notified via text message that it was ready for pick up. I was able to communicate with them via text message on the pick up hours. When we went to pick it up they could not find the product. Adam and Jenny, the 2 sales persons were very accommodating. Adam told me that the store manager would be in the very next day and if he found where it was placed they would give us a call. Not only did they find it but they also delivered it free of charge to us since we had originally made the trip to pick it up. We live an hour away from their store. On the day of delivery I received text messages on how far out the delivery was and a map of the driver showing the route. I am very impressed by the wonderful customer service we received. I will definitely continue to buy my furniture needs here. Thank you for the awesome service.

My husband and I are calling this the Covid couch ud83dude2cud83dude0fud83dude22. A place our family can sit and be comfortable together, enjoying a movie or playing a game. Shopping during a pandemic for a substantial piece of furniture was easy at Big Sandy in Gaylord. Our sales associate, Mitch, was friendly and understanding. My husband and I changed our minds a few times, too, which was extra work for him. They were also understaffed, so he showed extreme patience. This was our first time in the store, and am thoroughly satisfied thus far. Waiting for my couch until June will be rough, but it’s being delivered and I feel confident Big Sandy will stand by their guarantees until our new, family lounging furniture arrives! Love this store. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had to cancel an order from another store after 5 months of waiting and they were very understanding, I browsed the whole place, they were very knowledgeable of their stock. Got my original furniture choice from them in 1 1/2 weeks. Couldn't have asked for smoother more professional delivery. Will be back soon.

Customer service was Great until I told them I knew what I wanted. Then they flipped script. It was as if they were upset I knew what I wanted and didn’t want to be up sold on a mattress I knew I didn’t need. When I pointed out the winner he said it’s a real firm bed and you will most likely have problems. Seriously? This place has a new name but the same Tactics and same high prices. When shopping here get what you want and need not what they want you to get and don’t need. ud83dudc4dud83cudffbnI did end up buying the bed I wanted from here.

Loved this store. No pressure salesperson. Good prices and my delivery was within days not months. Delivery was fast they came in set up my couch and were gone in minutes. Everyone from start to finish were extremely helpful.
