Stopped by today to upgrade my cell phone. I received the absolute best customer service EVER!! Mickey, was very knowledgeable about every device in the store. I was not sure of what phone I would get but he showed me many and discussed all the options each one had that would fit best my overall needs in a smart phone. I went with the LG VELVET 5G. It has all the bells and whistles I need in a phone at a lower price than the Samsung A71 5G with ever more options. So I saved a ton of cash (which is always good) and another associate looked up promos and deals while I was working with Mickey and found out I got a rebate turning in my old LG Stylo 3, the phone is worth $2 bucks but with promo I got $145 trade in with older LG phone. Thank you to Mickey and the other 2 associates in the store for helping. I highly recommend this location and friendly staff. If you are looking for a good cellular company TMobile/Sprint are where you need to look.. I've been TMobile customer for 16 yrs and never had a problem. Stop by and see Mickey and everyone at TMobile you will thank me later. -Alan W.

Wonderful experience today with Mickey at the Sprint/TMobile Office in Richmond! This young man should be running the customer service department! I spent almost 5 hours with 10 different customer service reps the previous day and Mickey had it done in an hour. With all of the service agents over the phone being out of the country the previous day and they only appeared interested in staying on script and getting good surveys it was refreshing to talk with an agent who genuinely cared about my concern and knew just what to do without passing me around. Listen up TMobile! This young man knows what he’s doing!

The staff at this store went all out for customer satisfaction. Kenon, the store manager, listen to our problem, with the phone my uncle has had since 2003, and found that it was something simple that was preventing the phone to operate correctly. Also, he corrected a programming problem that was preventing the devise to download what it needed to function properly. I have to highly commend this manager and this company for putting the customer first and the deal second. When my uncle does decide to upgrade his service and myself and wife, we will come to this store to see your very competent staff and will know that we will get the very best of service!

Mickey and Chris were so helpful with our 12 year old son. They put forth every effort they could to help resolve an issue he is having and even explained a couple ways possible that he could do on his own... These 2 guys are what's making America great again... Thank you ud83dude0a
