I am beyond disappointed in the experience I had with this location. Just moved from out of state and had always done business with Aaron’s. I placed an order, they brought out a used mattress that had horrible stains on it, hit my wall and left a large mark, didn’t lock in the frame so if we had not checked it before laying down, it would have fallen. They did not bring a mattress protector. The next day they brought out the correct mattress and the following day (Saturday) we went to the store and was going to add more and spend more money with them. No one spoke to us and acted as if we were bothering them by being there. Needless to say, I called today and told them to cancel the bed and come get it because I went up the road to another company and received excellent customer service and gave them my money instead. Highly disappointed is an understatement. In my opinion, I should be refunded the money for the few days I had to deal with them and for the fact that I am now going to be charge by my apartment for the mark on the wall.

Very good people at this store. Very understanding and when I get a chance will do more business with them. I recommend everyone to visit this store in Richmond KY. They are the best around and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a rent to own place. If there where more people like this working at all stores it would be great.

Don't give them your card number and say that you will come in and pay for it in person that day because they will take the money out of your account. I am on workmens comp and they don't always pay like they should. So I was real upset.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were able to answer all my questions. The staff was polite and helpful. I was able to find what I needed very quickly and the price was satisfactory. Highly recommend!
