Beautiful furniture and friendly help
Ordered a custom bed, from their hand picked builders. Bed has gaps all around that items fall in to. When their rep came out to look at it, he told me to cut some plywood and fit it in to cover them. For $3200 you want me to fix my own bed? The finish has never cured properly. 2 years later it still smells of wet finish. The headboard needs to be raised 8 inches to match the rest of the bed and actually be seen. They told me to just screw some wooden blocks to it. Save yourself the time and money and order online or find a local builder. Over priced and under served.
I love this place. Quality furniture and quality people. My favorite store to shop.
The selection and pricing of their products are good, and of good quality. Good luck if you run into any issues that require repair. The service tech/warehouse rep is slow to respond and requires that the customer work around his schedule. I have been attempting to get a replacement piece for 3 weeks and all I get are excuses.
