Beware a sales person at this branch upgraded a phone on my account without notifying me and 24 hours later I have not received a copy of the contract or any notification from Verizon. Verizon has a policy requiring owner of account to authorize and this salesperson felt that step was not necessary. I would have authorized the transaction but being notified in advance is expected especially when change to my monthly billing is involved. I am waiting for a manager to follow up with me to ensure this does not happen in the future.nUpdate: Change from 1 star to 4 on 11/5, I spoke to Abby regarding my issues. I feel she and Ryan have addressed my concerns and this issue will be resolved correctly.

Came into this office with an email problem and the employee was extremely helpful and corrected my problem in less time than it took me to get here. Exceptional attitude, enthusiastic about helping, second to none.
Because of an inaccurate final bill from when I ended my verizon contract in 2016; I have had a credit score negative impact for a couple years. Today I finally reached out to the debt collector to explain that their charge has been incorrect the entire time. My advice: watch your bill closely! They charged me for an extra month after I ended my contract. I went into this Verizon store to complain and the rep assured me that he'd get it corrected and I'd receive a new bill showing the refund and only 5 days worth of bill due, but he never corrected it. I'll never do business with Verizon again - there are much better options with better customer service.
Phone was ran over and was able to get a new one thabks to the guys here, did great and were safe doing all social distancing. Thabkful for these guys highly rwccomend
