update: I’ve been going since May 2019. I still come here. I love the good vibes and knowledge they always bring to the table. Helped improved my skin so much. No matter how many times I slip on on skincare (don’t slip up on skincare people). I love Nia, Mary, and Madison. s/o to you guys! You’re the best. They’re so educated and on top of things always. Best facials in Michigan. They truly care.
I went to Skinphorea to help with a small breakout that I was experiencing for a few months. A week after my facial my skin was clear and has stayed clear, I'm writing this a month after the facial. Highly recommend this place for any breakouts you may be experiencing or for just going for a relaxing facial. Clean, professional and it works!
Sydney was my service provider & she exhibited professionalism, patience & understanding. It was definitely a rewarding experience, very excited to be on the path to healthy skin with her as my guide!
My experience started as a great one with Nia, she has done a great job with my skin. But this place has a very high turnover of employees. I notice a lot of the new employees walking around talking and gossiping like children. Most recently they switched my appointment from Nia to another employee without even calling to see if I was comfortable with it. When I called I was informed Nia no longer works there. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment. I go every month for my facials but I will be looking somewhere else. It has the potential to be great but not without good employees.
