I was very close to buying the husky 72 inch toolbox, I had a few questions before I decided to fully commit so I called this location to ask about it. I spoke to two different people, they were both rude and I got the impression I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. My reason for giving two stars is because if I didn't have such a poor experience I wouldn't have made the decision to do more research and end up with a much better toolbox for the same price. By lacking the basic ability to have good customer service and worse yet having the decency to show even a sliver of respect for me, home depot lost on a $1000+ dollar sale. So glad I went elsewhere.
Closet shelving is necessary whether it's a walk-in closet or hole in the wall, judging by the selection not sure home Depot is aware of this, poor selection of Rubbermaid, ClosetMaid seems good, the wall brackets do not lock on to shelves very well, need a better selection
Ordering online was easy. I got it sooner than the expected date. Used curbside service which was awesome. Once I checked in they brought it out within 5 minutes. Would definitely go this route again if I was ordering something from them.
The local depot to me, and personally my favorite. Staff is always there to help and they usually have experienced people to help with issues that a normal person just can't help with. Store is usually clean and bathrooms are very well kept to.
White Lake Home Depot really has it going on. Very Friendly staff and very clean store. Dennis the Manager there has always got a smile on his face and is willing to help anyone when you see him in the aisles. Great Store.
