Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy manager of this store refused to go to the employee entrance for COVID screening. She stood there and refused to do it because it took up to much of her time because there was never a screener there when she needed to be tested. They ended up letting her enter into the store because there were other customers waiting to get into the store to do shopping. She wasn’t tested after the fact as well I found out from another employee and she has done this on numerous occasions. Why would they allow her to work with out being screened is beyond me because she could potentially be infecting other employee’s and customers. I will no long be using this pharmacy in the future because that just shows me that as an upper level-manager that she has no consideration for her staff or customers.

The worst experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy have been here. Staff is slow, and incredibly rude. Half the time they disappear from the pharmacy altogether and you're left waiting for ages just for someone to show up. I had constant problems with them claiming they couldn't refill prescriptions for various reasons, only to have other pharmacies fill them with no problem.

The people behind the counter at the Walmart Pharmacy in White Lake, Michigan are very good at what they do.nThey also do their job with a very pleasant demeanor.nWe've been going there for at least a couple of years now and they've always been friendly, fast and efficient.nnDianne Green & Joe Hill

The pharmacist here is very rude. We get our medication for our deaf, anxious dog here and we’ve had a couple of times where we’ve had to talk to the pharmacist. He’s very monotone and rude. About a week ago, I called in our dogs Gabapentin prescription. We’ve been getting it at Walmart for months now. Not just that, but two other medications for her as well. Gabapentin has now become a drug that vets offices can no longer sell and it’s classified as some sort of different drug (not sure what it’s called or how it works) that raised the price from $16 to about $60 for 60 pills (30 doses). Anyway, I called in a refill on it and they made me talk to the pharmacist and he told me how they switched it over to a different kind of drug now and we can’t get it and I told him that our prescription is through our vets office, and we have about 6 or so refills left. He said “I will figure it out” and hung up on me. I figured he’d call once he figured it out and it was refilled but they never called. I finally called tonight and they put me on the phone with him again and he rudely told me that it’s been sitting there for 9 days and nobody came to pick it up. I told him that he never said he refilled it or was going to. I said that he didn’t tell me what was happening so I wasn’t just going to walk in expecting her pills to be ready. He said “uh huh. We’re open until 9 tonight. Goodbye.”nThere are a couple of girls who work there that are also not pleasant to speak to and when you go to pick up the medication, they make you feel like you’re doing something wrong and they talk to you like you’re stupid.nIf you’re looking for an easier, nicer pharmacy, I would recommend Costco or CVS. They’re probably cheaper too!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Staff is rude. I stood at the counter and waited for 4 minutes before 1 of the 4 people working there even aknowledged I was there. I had to pick up my Mom's medication because she is homebound, I stopped using this location over 16 years ago! The service hasn't changed since then. Go somewhere else.
