I've been inside the store, filled out all that paper work and called them 3 or 4 times over the past 2 weeks and no one has ever gotten back with me to start my order. This is the second location I've been to and had problems. ud83eudd37ud83cudfff♂ufe0f just flat out incompetence. I'm done, I'll just get some furniture else where. So ridiculous. Smh.
They are very friendly and informative
Management seems very helpful and nice, selection of merchandise is very limited in store, you can order through their online site, also their prices, if you are paying cash, is not much more then art Van, for example I researched a couch set found at both stores and it was a $16.00 difference

I give this location 4 stars because in spite of being short on staff they delivered our furniture and did a good jobud83dudc4dud83cudffethe manager was attentive and courteous...and deserves a raise.
