Just added this little delightful pastry shop to my list of 2021 favorites. The freshest pastries and break in the area. I love apple turnovers and they have to be light, fresh and mouthwatering. I purchased one along with several other pastries and it was simply delicious.nnEverything is safely taped off to prevent any exposure to guest, employees and food. Customer service was excellent, prompt and very courteous. Something a lot of places are lacking.nnParking available, handicap accessible, socially distance spacing inside. Add this spot to your list.
This place has some good tasting sweet pastries. Nothing too unique or super special, but solid stuff for a local bakery. They could create a bigger variety of breads though. I would like more lighter breads, like sourdough or breads with things like nuts and such. The staff is nice. The place looks clean enough. The packaging could use some work, but it's not a big deal.
Best Sprinkle cookies and 7 Layer Cake in the oak park area. Would highly suggest going to Zeman's
Decent service and relatively fresh. The online order and pickup is great. Unfortunately, the filled donuts are a joke. There's barely any custard or jelly, and often all the way at one side.
The poppy seed strudel is excellent! I always get it so fresh.
