I tried to order an item advertised at the store menu however the employee had no Idea what I was talking about. This has happened on two separate times. I am confused in the fact that a flavor is advertised at the store but no one has a clue about it.
The nicest people work here! Great spot for a late night treat. Again, friendliest workers...that alone makes me want to go back!
The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE! On a Saturday night at 9pm my daughter and I went out to get some ice and an Indian man who tried to argue with me about what was on his menu. I tried to explain to this guy what my daughter and I was looking at, but he wouldn't listen. I will NEVER come back to that location.
I went here today at 2:58pm to get some ice cream with my siblings and the woman on the intercom was terrible, she probably shouldn't be working in customer service AT ALL! She didn't even greet us upon arrival, her attitude was terrible, we almost left. I couldn't see her name tag, it was too small but she is a black woman. Unfortunately, she makes a bad name for the company. If she didn't want the job, she should not have applied. Anyhow, I'll pray for her.
This is one of the worst Baskin Robbins, you can’t even get most of these places to answer their phones after you order..., This will probably be the last time I order from these guys online again. Most of the time e to order something, you have to order it 24 hours in advance. Don’t like that at all...
