Went in with a friend for lunch and had a great meal. We had a sandwich and a soup, which were both very good. The new ordering system worked fine and any custom orders were done. Distancing between tables is done well and the environment stayed friendly.
Ordered for curb side pickup for a 20 minute later pickup time. Order was brought out a few minutes after the listed pickup time. The staff here need more training. We ordered 2, pick two orders. Both orders included 1/2 chicken salad. Neither sandwich had though chicken salad to even taste it on the sandwich. No pickle included with the sandwiches. The French onion soup didn't have cheese our bread.nWe should have received 2 bags of chips but we received 1 bag. We had a half salad and half soup with our order but didn't get any utensils. Do not recommend. We will not be back.
We were just made to leave the restaurant because my boyfriend didn't have a mask on to order. He explained that he is medically exempt and they didn't care. Told us we could order thru the drive thru or curbside but could not eat inside. You can't wear a mask while you are eating. I was wearing a mask and was willing to order and let him wait at the table but that wasn't acceptable either. Therefore we will not be eating at any Panera anymore.
Easy to order, pick up food was also fast . Plenty of places to sit apart. Couple of outside places to sit. Food good. Sevice people cordial.
Panera has disappointed me twice. For the price you pay you get no food. You don't get food on your wraps or sandwich. It's all bread. Seems like panera is stingy with food. I'm done with panera completely.
