1st time in this store in more than 10 years. I will definitely be back! Staff is very helpful!!
I bought a bed frame here a few weeks ago and recently discovered parts of the rails to be damaged- I called and spoke with the store manager and he informed me of the warranty with the ashley furniture (which I called that store bc I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get these replaced through big lots- they left me on hold for 20m) they are going to take back the old rails and replace them with a brand new set! I could have cried. Best customer service experience I have ever had.
I was impressed their selection has improved I have been to many stores looking for a particular item I tried them and I had to choose between several that fit the bill
You can find some pretty decent bargains here. Who doesn't like to save a dollar? Also purchased my mattress here and I love it!!
One of the best locations. Large store has many things the others dont. One of my favs!
