Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming! This place came highly recommended after I had a bad experience elsewhere and Richard EXCEEDED my expectations! He is SO nice and does such a beautiful job! I am so happy I found him!
The people in this salon treat people of color horrible. I came here a couple years ago and the customer service was very poor. But, I noticed they treated the white customers with high quality. Today I had a dinner close by and wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Just to get treated they same way again. Which made me remember why I stop patronizing this nail salon. Then I had to ask him to shave dead skin off my heels, he got mad and rinsed my legs with cold water, he didn't offer me any pricing he just did the highest one, I kept asking how much is it, the chair wasn't working properly and he got an attitude instead of moving me like I asked. The entire experience mad me wish I never walked through the door. There work is mediocre and the service Is worse.
First visit to Bloomfield Nails and it was great! I am just visiting the Troy area and needed a quick manicure/pedicure, so searched on google maps.nFinally found Bloomfield Nails and they fit me in no problem. Great service and color selection. Also they were thorough without taking too long! I was in and out in an hour, and nails looked great. I got the basic manicure.nHighly recommend if you're looking for a casual, friendly, quick, clean, and reliable nail salon.
A party of 6 of us went, they were AMAZING!!! The nail technicians we had gave us beautiful pedicures, foot massages & were so nice! The lady who was at the register wasn't friendly so we were glad she didn't greet us when we got there.
This salon is extremely clean and relaxing. The staff is very welcoming as soon as you enter and actually greet you, unlike typical nail salons. The chairs are very comfy and they take their time working on your nails, rather than making it a quick visit. They are very pleasant and so far, they've done a great job. The service was gracious and meticulous. I'll be back!
