I had been looking for a place to call my own personal oasis and I think I’ve found it. The staff at Hand & Stone is super professional and make it their duty to ensure that you receive high quality service. One visit swayed me to become a member and now, I’ve even gotten my mom to sign up.

Massages at this facility are really hit and miss if you need deep tissue. Some people are really great but the majority of massages are mediocre at best. I have had a few sports injuries and the massages were meant to help alleviate some tension that accumulates over time.nnI used to be a member here for a couple of years. Hand & Stone closed my membership without notice during the pandemic and did not send any notification that there was an issue. I would normally not be upset about that except for I had prepaid a few massages ( and since I was not notified) could not utilize them before the 60 days.nnBEWARE: You cannot cancel a membership by simply calling them. The manager will call you a day or two after notifying them to try to sell you on the benefits which is a bit slimy to me. Your mileage may vary but it's clear that profits > customers from my experience.

Jewels was amazing!! Best massage I ever got, hot stone and foot massage. Being a new mom I sure needed this. Thanks Hand and Stone. A must very professional and relaxing place.

I came in to see Rachel. She was phenomenal! She asked a few questions to get a better understanding of my skin and what I do to take care of it. Looked at my skin and performed the best facial I’ve ever had in my entire life! Her hands are magic! I felt like I was in heaven. It felt so good and so relaxing. The most clean room I’ve ever been in. Not only that but my face was glowing after and I’ve got really bad acne scars, discoloration, texture and acne all over my face. I felt like I had a million dollar face. My skin is also still performing very well. With the help of her recommendations I got awesome products so I can keep up with having a beautiful face. 10000000/10 hands down. Ask for Rachel!

I had a facial with Madeline. She was knowledgeable, really listened to my concerns, and was very personable! I cannot wait to go back. My face looked and felt absolutely amazing. I loved my experience here.
