Not only does it look ran down.. the customer service reflects that. Went to print out copies.. the machine broke down. The man i asked for help seemed like i was bothering him.. sir be happy u still have a job... then he grunted someone must of turned off the machine.. what do u need! Then gives me a social security card of the last person who made the copy.. no sir i jux need my reciept!!!
Bought a chair and they were able to assemble it same day. Not only did they take care of the chair, I showed up just after they closed and they took care of me and got me out. Great customer service and experience! Will shop here again.
I hardly ever write bad reviews. Had to work from home so couldn't go with my wife and her mother to pick up a new desk. Marlin was completely rude with them, snapping at my family, telling them it was going to take a long time to get the hutch from the back then returning moments later to again RUDELY state it would'nt be in for a few weeks. How do you have the bottom half of a desk but not the top? And not know what you have in stock ? And if that's the case fine but don't be rude to my family I know DAMN well they showed you respect and intended to spend good money. Which we still did but certainly won't be coming there again. Reading other reviews shows the same; terrible customer service.
Had what I needed and it was a quick transaction. The store looks neglected inside. Not very clean. However, staff were using wipes to disinfect between customers. It was more the floor area that looked dirty.
Chanel at this location is great she brightens up the mood,great attitude and by far the best customer service.Makes the atmosphere there great.
