Our delivery experience with La-Z-Boy was excellent. The two gentlemen (Calvin and Meech) who delivered our three-piece sectional showed up on time and did an amazing job carrying three very heavy pieces of furniture into our basement, navigating tight corners and a winding staircase. They set it up where we wanted it and made sure we were satisfied with its operation before they left. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. Overall, we were very pleased.
I was able to set up a private appointment and Jay was great. Masks worn and socially distanced. We went in having an idea of what we wanted but wanted to sit on a few couches and chairs to compare and decide, as well as pick out fabrics. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and allowed us to take our time without feeling pressured into any sale, which I very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this location and working with Jay if you get the chance.
Great experience, great sale, Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure, she didn’t hover, and was able to answer all our questions.nThe only disappointment is we may have to wait up to 6 months for delivery due to back orders. still worth it.
