I Placed an order online however the promotion code wasn't applied. I reached out immediately upon receiving my order and was informed it couldn't be applied however I could return the merchandise. Let it be noted, at the beginning of the conversation I was informed I would not have to return the merchandise. What happened to good customer service?

A high end department store with lovely items. I love the clothes, shoes and accessories. This isn't my favorite store to go to, however if you're looking for popular designers they won't disappoint. They don't have designers like Sophia Webster in the store.

The bathrooms in the children's section of the store don't have changing tables. Seems like an easy upgrade.

Just the right place for shopping in the ladies dept. Early in the morning always work for me. But I didn't find what I wa s looking for, I'll still come back.
