I have came to see my dad for his birthday last yr and i could not find my dad for over a hour BECUZ there was so much dirt and leaves on top of him i had to get a shovel n dig out my dad how sad ill be coming out there today for his birthday let see if its clean

I've always been able to reach the owner even before the place is open in the morning. The staff was very helpful during this tough time, making good suggestions based off our wishes and budget.

This is one of the worst cemetery’s I have ever been to. My great grandma and now my grandma is buried here (only because it was already paid for before she passed). I came to visit her today and from the road it doesn’t even look like it’s filled with anything. Just looks like an empty hole was just dug. When I walked up to it it was sunk in and filled with water and a bunch of garbage. I’m literally sick to my stomach. My family and I should not have to come and see my grandmas grave like this. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention, my grandma fought with this place for over a year to get my great grandmas headstone fixed (it was sunk about a foot into the ground and crooked). So if anyone is thinking about putting their loved ones here, I would definitely reconsider.

I am following up on the review written by CHELSEA LOCANO (my niece) a week ago, we heard from the cemetery that they would be out there last week and fill in the HOLE that was and still is filled with water and trash. (Because my daughter threatened to call the news) Yes, they put a little dirt in but could you not fill it to the top? This is a mudhole, not a resting place for my mother. I am so upset over seeing my mothers grave like this, how can any company (YES A CEMETERY IS A COMPANY) show such disrespect to our beloved deceased? Myself and my sister went back out there yesterday to follow up that they had taken care of this matter. THEY DEFINATELY DID NOT! if I could give them a 0 star review, I certainly would. My next step will be to call them AGAIN and see if they can get their staff to do their job. Needless to say, when they buried my grandmother in the wrong grave (prepaid and pre picked out) we should have known better.nn2:13 pm Just spoke with Hassahn Collins (manager) at Acacia Park, said he sent a crew out today to take care of this, i will go take another look this weekend. Just show some respect people!!!
