Our Mom passed in November, 2020. She was buried next to our Dad (vet) and sister. Went to the cemetery today to put flowers on their graves since it's Easter and couldn't since her gravesite still has dirt on top of it and looks like it did when she was first buried there. Her headstone was supposed to have been done a long time ago and was just finished last week. They have promised us many times it would be done and completed to no avail! The customer service at this cemetery is horrible! If you want your loved one treated properly, don't waste your money on this cemetery as they don't fulfill their agreement/contract with you, their word is no good! Sadly I have to give them a 1 star since it is the only way it will take my review, if I could it would be no stars!!!!nnHeard from Oakview Cemetery this morning and talked with the Director of Operations. He explained the changes that were being done to improve their service and was very accommodating to completing our Mom's gravesite. As of this afternoon, all is completed! Thanks so much for handling this promptly and the great customer service you gave me! The service we received from their Director of Operations is a 5 star!!!

Hello I was taking a walk this morning & the sidewalk was covered in snow. I was walking carefully but there were slick spots. I almost fell. Would you please keep the sidewalk clear? I'm sure other people have walked near the cemetery. Thanks & have a great week.

Purchased a tree almost two years ago to replace the dead tree my parents planted. Learned it was never planted as ordered. Requested a refund a year ago and finally received response to come pick up check. Traveled far but couldn't make it before close. Staff worked it out to meet up.
