Always friendly service of wonderful ice cream. It is worth the money they charge for the high quality products. I had a small serving of chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in. Very rich and chocolatey. My daughter fell in love with the cookie butter ice cream. It is her new favorite.

I'm very disappointed with this particular location ONLY! 14mile in John R location I tried 2years in roll to order my birthday cake in everytime we order it in received it.... Its nothing like what I ordered! There's no mixed in that we asked for they simply take a cake out freezer in give it to us after custom ordering both years! This year after waiting we went to get the cake in nothing that we ordered is on top of the cake.... We had to wait another 2hrs for them to add to cake what we ask for over a week ago... Then when we receive the cake it wasn't made like we asked! Never again! I have ordered this same cake for 7years straight from other locations in the cake was made perfectly they paid attention to order in added all the mixed ins... The cake was perfect only this location have I had problems! So if you want your orders straight in done right please don't order from this location! Highly constantly disappointed customer!
Ice cream is good but masks are not enforced. While I was next in line 8, yes 8 people walked in with no masks and not a word was said. One employee behind the counter had no mask either. At least stay in the back if you can't wear one. I won't be returning any time soon. I don't expect teenagers to say anything but the 2 adults could have said something.
3 strikes, you’re out. They’ve messed up our order three times. First, the completely wrong ice cream, and we had ordered on DoorDash so we couldn’t go in and ask them to fix it. The second and third times they gave us the wrong size (smaller than what we ordered). We didn’t bother asking them to fix it the second time, but the third time, we went in to ask them to fix it, and although there were 6 people behind the counter and only 2 other customer in the store, nobody bothered to serve us or ask if there was an issue (which was clear when we were back inside), so we just left. We will not be returning.
