A little hard to get to and staff generally are not interested in taking orders or acknowledging you. 4 star because some staffers are great and the products are great. Bagels here stay longer than most.
Einstein's a good place to get your bagel breakfast smash on, but this guy at the cashiers station.... Something different. Charged me for coffee I didn't order and seemed to be not full
The food and coffee are always good.nnHowever, and I understand it is a pandemic and that's slowed service down, but if a group of people comes in after I do, orders after I do, and gets their larger order first while I am still waiting, I'm not okay with that.
Two times now I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich on an EVERYTHING bagel and have yet to get it as ordered! Very disappointing when you're taste buds are expecting it.
Food was really good hashbrowns OMG! so delicious in different..A must try! Staff was really helpful..crooks Rd location
