Just had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Employees just stared at me when I entered the establishment. I waited to see if someone would greet me and no one did so I said “Hellooo.” Then the one guy mumbled hello back and asked me what did I want to order? I told him my order and then the other employee rung me up. I asked her to repeat my total because I couldn’t hear her and she caught an attitude and slightly yelled it. Once the guy finished my order he just sat the cup of ice cream on top of the counter. Didn’t say anything to me at all. So I ask “Can I have a bag?” So he rolls his eyes and starts talking in another language to the girl. He turned around and sat the bag on the counter not even handing it to me. I felt so unwanted and I will never go back to this place again if this is how you are going to treat your customers.
The Ice-cream is tasty but I you don't always get what younLike ordering 2 scoops one Chocolate and one caramel you get 2 chocolatenYou ask for Icecream dipped in chocolate you get the chocolate cone
I love this place !! They have really good customer service and ice cream !
Just tried to buy ice cream. Was ignored as workers were praying.nWe respect the need to pray, but at least acknowledge the custoners or put up a sign.
It's always nice for some ice cream I just gotta search and see is Baskin Robbins still 31 flavors or not
