She was very gruff and obviously only looking for money. She did nothing but insult me all the time I was there. So I went to Grand Rapids for my surgery and it was great
Dr. Dena Thayer DO, is knowledgeable with current medication and procedures. She is very approachable for questions and/or concerns. She has a a sense of humor while maintaining a serious approach to the task at hand. I am comfortable recommending her to friends and relatives.
The way they run their office is incredibly strict- and not in a good way. Even receptionists are rude. Not accommodating at all for the customer. Due to an unfortunate situation I was just a few minutes late- so that meant I would have to reschedule, with an insane wait time.nNever mind- back to Grand Rapids I go!
I love Dr. Ostric he was always professional and gave me his best input when it came to my reconstruction process. I would recommend him on a heartbeat. He care for me and gave me some amazing twinkles.... :)
