Dealing with an actual person when I call to check for a part is refreshing and becoming rare. Lake is hands on, experienced, and gets in your corner for your solutuon.

Just came home from work to a newly installed dryer. The venting was re-installed (if you can call it that) very poorly, and could be pushed off with little to no force. There was no tape to hold the venting to the exhaust port, as well as the top of the exhaust was knocked out of the vent hood. These guys are going to hurt someone.

Terrible experience with our washer and service from lake vacuum and appliance. Bought a used washer a year and 2 months ago. Back in March we started having issues, had it fixed and it seemed to work. 3 weeks later it was giving us the same issues after we had thrown the receipt of repair away. Lake Vaccum had NO RECORD OR REMEMBERANCE of even coming out to our house nor what the guy had fixed. He then came back out and just said to “balance the load” like I hadn’t already did that. He was about to leave and I asked him to please look it over good because the part previously fixed had failed and I knew it. Turns out he never installed the part right to begin with and instead of replacing with new he reinstalled the part. Now there is an issue with a different part all together. Just over a year with our washer bought from them and we are over $200 in repairs already. *They don’t keep records or receipts so keep your copy *be sure to demand answers because the repair man is lazy.
