I hadn't been to Coldstone in a LONG time. I decided to try out a custom ice cream cake for a birthday and absolutely loved it! It was fun to customize every single thing that went into the cake. After I put in my order, the store even called to help with some ideas they had for the decorations based on what I had requested. It looked super cute and tasted great.
Employees were poorly trained. Three different employees told me they didn't know if the ice cream flavor I wanted was gluten free. None of them knew were an allergen list was located.
Really good ice creams and excellent service. Toppings are great but the variety of ice cream was lacking. Still would recommend to eat, the TimHorton's next to it makes it a perfect place to spend a sunny evening by yourself or with others.
Please update your hours. We drove over at 9 pm and you were already closed.
