We worked with Jennifer at Heritage House when we purchased our new home. I took her my ideas and pictures and she put together a beautiful collection of fabrics, carpet, tile and furniture for our home. She was able to translate what I wanted into a beautiful room. She even recommended tradesmen and stores when she didn’t carry an item. Everything was wonderful from planning to delivery.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. It’s nice to visit a store that has as much insight as Heritage House has. Delivery crew went out of their way to make sure our new Smith Brothers leather chair was in perfect working order and we were happy. Great to see such pride in the products they sell. Will come back for any other furniture needs in the future
Excellent service! They provided a stand in sofa and table when I was hosting a shower and the sofa and ottoman were not in yet. Covid had delivery delayed, no fault of Heritage House. I have purchased several items from Heritage and love the quality. Jennifer, Gene and Mary are so helpful and genuine. I’ve gotten to know the delivery fellows, Eric and Mathias, very helpful and courteous. Love them all!
Just had our New furniture delivered. worth the wait. We had a Love seat and couch made . also a swivel rocker recliner. ( Leather) and a throw rug. Service was excellent. The crew even carried my old couch out of the house so I could dispose of properly.lol. great service and great furniture. Thanks, and we will be back.
Our entire experience with Heritage House was top notch from start to finish. Jennifer and Gene were both so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I do not have the gift of design and Jennifer’s recommendations and choices for our great room are absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Heritage House for your furniture and design needs.
