Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very responsive, he wasn't pushy and made buying the right mattress extremely easy. The prices were so fantastic, my brother ended up buying a mattress too! Great experience start to finish. I would definitely recommend him and will be buying any future mattress sets from him.
We have been talking about getting a new mattress for years. Finally decided to shop around and picked one up at Mattress By Appointment, Midland last weekend. Best prices in town! Dustin was great to work with. If I knew it would be this easy, I would have bought a a new mattress years ago. I'll definitely be back .
Wow. After sleeping on my box mattress for six months, I realized it was the cause of my lower back pain. Being a larger guy, Dustin was able to sympathize with me and set me up with a great bed. I’ve always been skeptical of mattress shopping. I’ve bought bargain mattresses and regretted it, I’ve gone the bed in a box route and another regret. My wife and I hate the hard sell tactics of typical mattress stores.
