I purchased a reclining sofa that took a month to receive only to notice after a couple weeks that one side is broken. I have sent messages to costumer service a couple times and have not received any response from them and it has been over a month!!
Great, friendly service and decent selection. It was all at a great price too.
Great place to buy a mattress, you can also order Ashley furniture there, priced to make a living,not a killing like the big stores,personnel attention also
I will not purchase anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. Placed an order for a new bed and mattress on 5/20/20. Received the mattress and frame slats on time as they were delivered by UPS. The rest of the bed was broken up in to 3 separate deliveries. Now 7/6/20 and I’m still waiting for the last delivery. I confirmed delivery on 8 different occasions for the two deliveries I have gotten so far. They never show when you confirm, don’t call, text, nothing, so you sit home and wait and nobody shows. Try to call and you get automated responses and put on hold. After 15 min on hold they come on and tell you to leave a voice mail as they are going to disconnect you and they’ll call you back in 24 to 48 hours. Don’t hold your breath. I have never been able to speak to any human since I ordered this. They don’t call you back. My last recourse is to actually go to the store and force someone to talk to me which is tough with the hours I work but so be it. I just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I can see this is a pattern. I have no clue as to how this place is still in business.
