Ordered a sectional and tv stand online. I was told the order was ready for pickup. I went to the store to pickup the items and stood in the furniture section for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even came over to help. The store seemed really understaffed. There were only 3 customers in the store and the only employee visible was a cashier. The person who helped me seemed completely clueless and had trouble finding my order in the computer. Another employee came over and found it right away. Poor management seems to plague this store. Never returning.
My husband and I finally got new furniture today, and we had a very nice young man help us find something we both like. He did an awesome job
Had a amazing shopping experience, staff were very friendly and helped me load my entertainment center. They treat military veterans very kind. Tracey the cashier is awesome she’s amazing at her job very Respectful and friendly, definitely come here to shop.
Great selection. I always find some of the cutest home decor at great prices.
Rick the furniture manager at the chesterfield store was wonderful. He help my husband and I when we got some furniture.
