Rude manager who refused to give her name after she snapped at me. Manager Britt I believe her name is; should no longer be a manager. She is very rude to customers and she ruined my day with her inconsiderate bratty character. Manager Britt overcharged me and when I went back in to have it corrected she snapped at me instead of an apology. Insult to injury. (I spoke with Paula about this on 2/26)
