Veterans discount at Lowes is great keeps me coming back for majority of my building needs. A well informed employee who knew his job helped me tonight quickly and timely find all needed parts I needed. This is not always the case in all big box stores.
I had a problem last year and can't believe that the manager personally called me and apologized. He told me next time I came in to ask for him. I did he came right down and apologized again and told me that if an employee refused to load my heavy items in my SUV again to call him directly.nIt is so refreshing to see a manager that believes in customer service !!!nLowes has my business for a long as I am able to do my own gardening and simple repairs.
I was looking for insect control products and they were empty on the shelves and of course no employees to ask
DO NOT USE CURBSIDE PICKUP. They are too lazy to go and look for things so they tell you it's not in stock. This is after over 4 hours of hearing nothing from them and going to the store to check for ourselves.nnWe went to the back and found all of the materials ourselves and the wonderful people in that area helped us check out and load it all up.
