I will only ever use R&B!! I first contacted them when we moved into our new home. I used them again a couple years later when our basement flooded and we needed to replace all the carpet there as well. I recently used them again to bind the edges of a large remnant I acquired to create an area rug. Every experience has been quickly responded to, and professionally completed. The owner is a stand-up guy with integrity. So many great things I could say, but in summary, I highly recommend!!
