Nice employees, prices are competitive with other stores, good selection. Only complaint is they don't call to let you know your furniture order is delayed. You have to call and they will look up your order.
Very nice place but couldn't get what I wanted when went there had to order and wait for it to come in and got a couch and have to wait for 2 months for it to come in. But overall they were very nice and respectful.
So far I would rate it a two star just for the fact that I was told my chair would of been here if not before Christmas but before New Years. We have called the store a few times for updates and the last time they told my husband they'd call back and no one bothered to call us back. Still no chair! We understand with Covid that things are taking a little longer but don't make promises you can't keep.
My wife and I went there Saturday with 2 of our kids, we walked around for 15 minutes looking at couches. The prices were good but no one talked to us the whole time we were there so we left and went to gardner white on Sunday and ended up buying a new sectional couch and a kitchen table
Melissa was the best. Thank you for helping us with our recliners
