Absolutely awesome!!!!! I can’t tell you enough how great Ray and Andrew were to deal with! So after we totally got screwed by Loves Furniture, the people of Jackson Furniture Outlet got us our matching ottoman to our furniture set that we were promised to get from Loves! From the first time talking to them on the phone to meeting them in person at our pick-up everything was great! So worth the 2 hour drive for us! Well, we were on a mission to find a new living room chair. Mission accomplished, after striking up a conversation with a customer at another place, she recommended Jackson furniture outlet since we were striking out. I am new to the area and wish I could thank her.nFantastic customer service, friendly, down home feeling, so accommodating and the price and quality of my chair was perfect.nI will be returning to this store, as I plan to make future changes to other items. Great place to get yourself set up. Ray sells quality furniture at a hard to beat price. Extremely convenient, very personable staff. Delivery was flawless and better prices than other stores in the area. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Jackson furniture was awesome! Looking for a specific couch and they kept me updated with their delivery estimates so I could know approximately when what I was looking for could potentially become available. It turns out that their truck had my couch but it was slated for someone else. They called me to tell me that, which I found amazing bc most stores likely wouldn’t do that! Instead they told me that they had the same couch but in a different fabric color. Made the 45 min drive to look at it and ended up buying! They helped load it into our truck and we were on our way! Super helpful and super friendly! Highly recommend!
