Came in here on Wednesday to eat , got completely ignored , after waiting in line for help tried using the order kiosk it was too confusing ended up walking out without a single employee saying anything . Came back in today Friday to give another chance had no less than 6 employees walk right by us in line without saying a word until my husband spoke up and asked if they were still taking food orders or not one employee just looked and said someone would help in a minute lady was in no rush to be helpful. The only thing pleasant from this visit was the food was good.

I’ve never had a problem with any order. Even when I had questions, they were met with solid answers and more fantastic reasons to come back! This place will always be my 1, 2, and 3 choices!

The staff is extremely rude!!!! Don't waste your time here. Half of the staff dosent wear there masks properly or the proper masks.. could not be more disgusted by the service. Will not be shopping here anytime again!!!

Normally everything is quite tasty and full of flavor. A little disappointed with the pizza, it fell a bit flat. Toppings of cheese, sauce and pepperoni were scarcely distributed and thin and the crust was being crispy to the burnt side.

I don't know what the problem was on Tuesday, February 2nd when I ordered a You Pick 2 meal, macaroni & cheese, chicken noodle soup, and an apple. The mac & cheese was good, but the chicken noodle soup was very skimpy (little meat, noodles and carrots) plus the apple was terrible. For $10.58 I could have gotten a much better deal at Red Lobster! I have been getting food from Panera for many, many years and this is the worst meal I have ever had.
