I have never been here so I can't say anything about the actual business operations. However, I thought I would make a suggestion since the reason I've never been is because they've been closed every single time I tried to go in to buy something. They lost sales on at least 3 occasions just from me alone. I'm not sure why they close so early but that's when most people get out of work and are able to go shopping. They are losing out the 9 to 5 working people's market. Maybe there is a good reason....
Store is run by a very nice elderly couple. They are knowledgeable, but while they sell the Restonic Mattress and tell you about their warranty they have no clue how to help with the warranty when the mattress has issues.
Gentleman running it seems knowledgable about quality, but he didn y have many matching pieces. And insulted me several times.
