I went to the pigeon self serve last week to purchase some lumber. After getting what I thought I needed I went into store to pay.i asked the lady working the register where I could find the screws..after she freed herself from her look of scorn , she pointed and said THAT WAY....when I walked up, another couple purchasing paint was at register,,the very unpleasant lady working asked if I was going to come up and pay, again very rude..I thought the couple in front of me were getting checked out...So when I went up , I grabbed 3 Carpenter pencils...I wanted to do some figuring back in my truck cause I thought I would need more wood but had nothing to write with. There was a carpenter pencil sharpener laying beside the pencils which had obviously been used before..I asked the lady if I could sharpen my pencil to do some figuring.IN A REAL HOLLOWEEN TONE SHE STATED,,IF I WOULD LIKE TO SHARPEN MY PENCILS I WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE THE SHARPENER......I was embarrassed, wondering what the couple with the paint behind me were thinking ???? SO TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN..I ALWAYS WENT TO A LOCAL PLACE INSTEAD OF DRIVING FOR CHEAPER MATERIALS..BUT I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO THE PIGEON SELF SERVE..
