Tried to engage online sales/customer service directly. They were prompt in responding but like pulling teeth to get more than a few word response back. I think their product is probably great but didn't have a good experience attempting to communicate. Moving on.
We are so happy with the customer service! As well as with the table and chairs! Such a wonderful company and employees!nn**Update. After a week of having the table we notices chips out of the backs of the chair. The chips are from pushing the chairs in. Apparently you can put a tractor on the chairs but not push them in like most people do. After contacting the company they let us know we could get touch up at menards. Definitely design flaw as the bottom edge of the table is very sharp.

I bought a dining room table and chairs from Art Van. The build quality is good but the finish is aboaulte terrible stained so easily from table cloths. We went through three of these tables now and of course Art Van is out of business now. Will contact the omapany directly, but feel for $50 bucks and my time I can do a better job at finishing my than them. A waste of $3000 in my opinion.
